On the 21st February 2014 ChiNamibia joined the rest of the world to Celebrate the International Mother Language day.

The guest speaker at the event was the Former Director of Arts of the Ministry of Youth National Services Sports and Culture Mrs Retha Louise-Hofmeyer.
